It's hard to define what the definition of offending is. So, the folowing list isn't complete:

If KHOE.net is alerted by a third party that someone uses KHOE.net in an offending way, KHOE.net is entitled to close any service the alleged offender uses. Of course, KHOE.net will first try to contact the alleged offender. If KHOE.net can't reach the alleged offender (by e-mail) within 24 hours, KHOE.net will temporarily shut down the alleged offender's services; during the investigation the services will not be available to the alleged offender. If it turns out to be a misunderstanding, the cleared offender will regain access to the services the cleared offender had before.
Any claims third parties impose on KHOE.net will be redirected to the (alleged) offender. KHOE.net is not responsible for the actions of its members.
